Considering we lovingly call this style maven Diane Do-No-Wrong, there seems like no better time than her birthday to run down the list of her most lust-worthy looks ever. Starting with the sweeping, caped Prada gown (check the chic sequin embellishments) she wore to the 2015 Cannes Film Festival premiere of Maryland. (We're still sighing.)
Diane also stunned at Cannes in 2012, attending the Amour premiere in a clingy, liquid gold-effect Vivenne Westwood gown featuring a sexy sweetheart neckline.
No doubt that she's a high fashion house darling, but her most special relationship is with designer bestie Jason Wu, who created the slit-to-there long sleeve gown the star wore to the 2011 Met Gala. And in 2010, we went gaga over the marigold-hued Wu confection she wore to the SAG Awards.

At the 2014 Critics' Choice Awards, Diane made heads turn (natch) in a floral-print Elie Saab Couture gown replete with a waist-cinching black belt. The 2015 Critics' Choice Awards, meanwhile, saw her in an airy blue-and-white Naeem Khan confection (all the better to offset her strawberry blond locks with).
The actress stunned yet again in a red-and-black Jason Wu column gown at the 2015 CFDA Awards, even making the cut for the best dressed of the night.
And at the 2015 Golden Globes Diane was at, well, her best, sporting a silvery Emilia Wickstead dress with a flattering trumpet silhouette.
