Greens Salad with Lemon Dijon Dressing


  • This is a simple and luscious salad. The fresh vegetables combined with the citrusy flavor of the dressing make a perfect pair.

Taste: salty

Recommendation: serve it as an appetizer or main dish.


Ingredients: 

For the dressing: 

3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Zest 1 lemon

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 

1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the salad:

3 cups lettuces, turn into size bites (Boston or romaine, choose your favorite or mix both)

4 radishes, thinly sliced

1/4 cup chives, minced 

1/4 cup parsley leaves, minced

1 cup watercress


Steps:

1- Whisk very well extra-virgin olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. 

2- Toss lettuces, radishes, chives, parsley, and watercress together.

3- You may serve it on individual plates or toss it with the dressing altogether.
